- INGREDIENTS
- DIRECTIONS
- ½ cup coconut butter, melted
- ¼ cup cacao butter, melted
- ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 tbsp RYZE Mushroom Matcha
- 1 tbsp RYZE Probiotic Creamer
- 1 tbsp RYZE Probiotic Creamer
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- 12 dates
- 1 banana, sliced
- ¼ cup almond butter
- 2 tbsp peanuts or almonds
Bark Base:
- In a double boiler, melt butters and oils together.
- Add matcha and creamer. Whisk constantly until all ingredients are melted and well combined.
- Remove from heat and whisk in maple syrup. (Whisk constantly!)
Assemble:
- Remove pits from dates, butterfly - and lay out in a thin layer.
- Top with banana.
- Add almond butter and chopped nuts.
- Drizzle with white chocolate, and garnish with coconut flakes.
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving.
