I have GERD basically chronic acid reflux and I’ve been taking medication but I started drinking the mushroom coffee and it has calmed my stomach down a lot. Not even the medicine calms my stomach down so much and gives me a boost in the morning too. I’m also lactose so it’s all perfect and the creamer is amazing tasting.
