I don’t drink coffee but…

I am not a coffee drinker. It took a bag of Ryze before I figured out that with the addition of a coconut creamer I could tolerate it. I hung in there with the hopes of the anti inflam properties kicking in. Well it took about a month of daily use and either it is a coincidence or it’s working. The pain in my hand and hips ( which I have gone to the extent of steroid shots for relief) are feeling much better. I am sticking with it for sure. Thank you, Ryze.
