Still uncertain.

Only 2 weeks in but have noticed a stabilization in my gut. Not a big change in energy or mental clairity but I intend to give it a couple of months before I decide if more changes are noticed.

Hopeful

I have been drinking Ryze Mushroom Coffee for the past two weeks. I drink it in the afternoon about 2 p.m. when I'd really like to take a nap. It helps me get over that afternoon drop in energy. I have not yet experienced any weight loss or improvement in sleep, but I am hopeful.

The effect is not yet showing, though.
